Not exactly near N's castle. You can find it before that. The N's castle cave is blocked by a Zoroark before the league. You can get a Zweilious in the cave adjacent to it. + 20 Trainers? are you mad? There are ton of trainers after league. Go to black tower or white treehollow..

Dude you haven't evolved from gba to nds?

First you should complete last gba game and that is Emerald. It is about Hoenn region... You can play Ruby/Sapphire too but Emerald is more advanced than these..

Then If you want a whole new johto experience then start Heart Gold/Soul Silver.

After that comes Sinnoh region. And Platinum is the advanced game for it... Though Diamond/Pearl is also there.

Then comes Unova, and Black/White comes into play.

And then last, sequel of Black/White, Here comes Black 2/White 2...

You should play at least one version of each.

I never Play a single game without Charizard because he was my very first Pokemon.
And you should'nt offend Liligant, Stoutland and Unfezant only because you think they're week.
If you know how to train 'em then you can make 'em even better then a legendary.

That's just a stupid excuse for playing with Charizard. It was my very first pokemon too but I don't cheat like you. And do see bulbapedia to find out which pokemon are strong and which are weak. Liligant, Stoutland and Unfezant are very weak compared to my pokemon. They have a power rating of less than 500...
And you see all my pokemon have a power rating of more than 500..

Braviary - 510
Eelektross - 515
Kyurem - 700
Golduck - 500..
