No guys. You are getting it wrong. When Naruto was born, Kakashi was 20 years old, and Obito was one year older than Kakashi, making him 21 years old. That is how old he was when he fought Minato.

If you read this chapter, you would see that it was revolving around him mostly staring at Rin and trying to confess his love for her, but he was too late. Instead, he made Kakashi promise him that he would take care of Rin. But she somehow died later on which is still a mystery. I know this because if you read this page of Naruto #597: http://www.mangapanda.com/naruto/597/13

He says: "I told you not to open your mouth so easily! You're just words and no actions, what someone like you says is worth nothing!"

I think what he means to says is directed at Kakashi not protecting Rin. Because Kakashi promised him to protect her, but he couldn't, because he is just words and no actions. What do you guys think about this?

Yes, but he told Konan that he gave Nagato the rinnegan and since he was acting like he was Madara, it meant that the real madara uchiha gave the rinnegan to Nagato, and then tobi took it acting like he was madara and the rinnegan was his.
