In the walking sprite his shoulders and his head are stiff and still you should make them move.

The top cloak/scarf thing should have some movement but if you can't make it move then make it have some shading movement.

Kay. So here are the fixed neck things.

So far I only need the attack list.
My ideas are these:
Defend forward attack - Throw a kuna or a shurinken [Like usual]
Defend down attack - 1 clone
Defend up attack - Throw the sickle like a boomerang.
Defend forward jump - Dash to the enemy and make a sickle combo.[ keep pressing j to continue the combo]
Defend up jump - Either a mini rasenshurinken or a mini rasengan.
Defend down jump - Uncloak.

Thanks and don't worry, in ucloaked version there will be both rasengan and rasenshurinken that are wayy bigger.
